okay first of all just so you know im a Chevy guy and i say and see what ive experienced if Camaro Kills a mustang a Camaro Kills a mustang if a mustang kills a Camaro a mustang kills a Camaro i see and say it like it is even though im a Chevy guy okay first off the 1969 Yenko 427 Camaro had an actual Horsepower output of 500 @ the crank and the 450hp @ the wheels and the Camaro was also lighter than the mustang that year and the 1969 boss 429 mustang had 375hp @ the wheels and ive seen dyno proven results for the boss (bone stock) of like 404 hp @ the crank and like 376hp @ the wheels besides i dont believe there where any mustangs in the 1960's,70's that came with a factory and or (bone stock) horepower rating near 500hp the Yenko Camaro and Hemi's where the only ones that came close to or had 500hp back then i mean the new (millenium 2005 2006 2007) Shelby gt500's have 500hp (with a Supercharger that is ) so like i said i see and say it like it is 69' Yenko Kills the 69'boss

it is definetely gonna be a project car. it for sure needs a new carb, and it has been sitting outside for the last like 4 years or so, it is really cheap, but is it worth it?
yeah it is a 351, windsor i think but not positive. the guy is selling it so cheap i think just cuz he doesn't know how much to sell it for. he didn't put it on the market, i just asked if he would ever sell it lol.

I am looking to restore a 1965 Mustang Convertible with the original red color. The paint right now has a few chips here and there, and one or two scratches. All are minor.

What do you think it would cost to have it done "well". (I use this term loosely)

mustang gt350
Ashlander asked:

Someone wants to trade me a 1970 coupe with a 460 and a C6 for my 84 GT350. His is a project car, needs most of interior, floorboards, an exhaust, and paint. Mine needs a timing cover gasket and wont start unless you jumpstart (i havent been able to figure out why for the life of me yet).

Anyone think this is a fair deal? Im a little hesitant because i was proud of the fact that my GT350 was rare. But then the other one is a classic with a huge engine, but its not a fastback. Any opinions?

Note that i havent seen it yet, im going down to see it this weekend.

1965 mustang
A family member died and had a 1965 Mustang. It is in really poor condition and I was about to sell it but was wondering if anyone has restored one. Would it cost me more to restore it than it would be worth? I thought that the original Mustang would be valuable even if not in good condition but I think that may be incorrect. Help please.

Hey everyone!  thanks for reading my question. I'm stuck between a Red 1966 Mustang and a black on black 1968 mustang with a 302 and almost 350 hp. The red has about 25 k on the motor and the black has 10k. Both are the same price, but I am torn especially with the recent hike in gas prices for the black. Let me know your opinions! Thanks!
